Call Centre Dynamics provides businesses with bespoke call centre and CRM software supported by a comprehensive set of services. As well as having developed our own CRM software platform with integrated telephony functionality, we also run our own 130-seat call centre running a range of innovative campaigns. The synergy between the two aspects of the business means that all upgrades and new versions are thoroughly stress tested by a large number of call centre agents before being released to our customers, whilst also providing a constant stream of suggestions for further improving and refining our product range.
