Randy has personally operated over 35 sport centers across 7 countries in a career that has spanned more than 15 years. He has been a key individual on leadership teams which have developed some of the top brands in the industry including, 24 Hour Fitness, California Fitness, California WOW, Jackie Chan Sport, California Yoga, and Myoga to name a few.

He is considered one of the most innovative thought leaders in the industry and brings with him to Vietnam an all star international management team with over 50 years combined experience.

Whether leading one of his businesses, competing in his favorite sport or being a fitness model in the latest lifestyle magazine; Randy operates with one philosophy of having passion and excellence in everything he does.
