We hold all the information so it’s easy for everyone in the transaction as a one stop shop, but most of all we have the one and only program for our buyers, our “1% client credit” program. We offer the same rates and programs as all lenders, but because we are doing the home sale and the loan we have more funds to work with so we offer 1% credit back to the buyer. This means if our clients buy a $600,000 then we give them $6000 towards their closing costs. Hard to beat that when you still get great home buying service and a just as good, if not even better mortgage then anywhere else.
