CA299 Health Collaborative

The CA299 Health Collaborative is a regional network of community health centers and 2 hospitals in NortheastCalifornia. The four member collaborative covers part of Lassen, Modoc, Shasta, and Siskiyou Counties. Our health care facilities are dedicated to providing quality healthcare, and all have completed significant work to receive recognition and to meet quality standards.
