We provide systems engineering & integration services with emphasis on system design, development, production, installation & support. C2 performs custom software development and implementation of commercial off-the-shelf products. C2 provides information technology outsourcing solutions. We also perform management advisory services, including field support, test & evaluation support, and program & financial management support.C2 is accessible through 5 contract vehicles with a range of government agencies: GSA, VA, FAA and DHS. We are a prime in both Functional Areas (FAs) of GSA’s VETS 2 GWAC.
