In 1983 we completed our first major restaurant project - McDonald's, Southport. Since then we have completed over 1200 new-build McDonald's restaurants plus countless refurbishments for this chain alone; with programmes of up to 120 restaurant projects in a single year. Our team's Turnkey package capabilities not only provide complete solutions but also inspire confidence and create assurance throughout the supply chain.Fire Resisting & DW144 Ductwork Manufacture & ContractingCaswell are a Manufacturing Partner of Firesafe Fire Rated Ductwork Ltd and are licensed to manufacture CASWELL FIRESAFE® Fire Resisting Ductwork to BS476:Part 24 / EN1366:Parts 1&8. We produce both this system (in Rectangular and Spiral-wound variants) and regular DW144 ductwork at our ISO9001 certified factory in Lancashire. By 2019 we will have project-managed ductwork contracts for 50 years. In this time, prestigious projects completed include large retail developments for Arndale Centre, Manchester / Harvey Nichols, London / John Lewis, Trafford Centre / Selfridges, Oxford St., London. Among our Blue-chip clients are BAE Systems, AMEC, Bechtel and Pacific. Air ConditioningWe are F-Gas registered and Mitsubishi Business Solution Partners. Air-conditioning solutions are designed and installed by our fully qualified in-house engineering teams. We also offer a maintenance package. CHP EnclosuresWe design, install and commission acoustic enclosures for major industry stalwarts, like Clarke Energy. Housing CHP Generators up to 3 MW, they come complete with ventilation to provide both combustion air and generator cooling. We provide the full package of steelwork, acoustic panelling, attenuators and ductwork. Enclosures for Natural gas and Biomass Generators also fall within this specialism.
