Management Consulting Microfinance is the core specialization of BFC, while a third of management consulting projects are implemented specifically in agricultural finance. BFC has a proven track record of developing and implementing SME banking projects. Analytics BFC analytics experience comprises assignments in risk management, internal audit and credit scoring for MFIs and banks. Since 2008 BFC conducts due diligence on behalf of globally active development banks and institutions, having analysed 171 banks and 20 MFIs in 23 countries. Research and Feasibility Studies BFC has a proven track record in performing complex and in-depth analysis of various markets and with diverse clients. BFC developed an insightful research platform, analytical tools and well trained team of desk researchers and analysts, allowing for successful implementation of a quarter of BFC’s projects.
