With the same guidelines, Ovation provides 100% grass fed free range New Zealand lamb. The commitment to using only the best quality, all natural ingredients continues throughout our menu with organic, hormone free, cage free chicken from Shenandoah Valley and Bach-made black bean patties on fresh local buns delivered daily.We serve sautéed steamed Prince Edward Island mussels, Wild caught jumbo Argentinian Royal red shrimp, roasted oysters shucked to order and a raw bar full of fresh local and Mid-Atlantic oysters.
