Bruce E. Brooks & Associates (BBA), an established Center City MEP consulting engineering firm, is led by principals Bruce Brooks and Brad Randall, who direct a growing staff of engineers and support personnel. Services include master planning, conditions assessments, feasibility studies; mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems engineering; and lighting design, energy and daylight modeling and energy audits. Finding solutions for our clients that are environmentally responsible and sustainable shapes our approach to new construction, renovations and historic preservation/adaptive reuse for a variety of educational, institutional, commercial, residential and governmental building types.
