Bridges Health & Community Care is Wide Bay’s longest established, leading provider of community-based mental health and drug and alcohol services and is on a mission to improve the health, social and economic outcomes for people of all ages and communities. We offer a range of interventions from psychological services, care coordination for people with serious mental illness and complex needs, through to counselling for youth, adults, families and carers. We offer training and mental health promotion services to increase awareness & understanding of mental illness, drugs and alcohol and reduce stigma and discrimination.
