In 2007, Chef Brenda Buenviaje, along with her wife Libby Truesdell, decided to open their own restaurant serving Brenda's interpretation of “French Soul Food” which is a mixture of Southern, Creole and French cuisines presented in a down-home style and atmosphere. The restaurant is fast-paced with a casual vibe where they strive to create a fun, productive working environment. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with brunch on the weekends. From day one the response has been overwhelming!
