These are brought to your table directly from the grill on the skewers and expertly served by our Gaúchos (Brazilian cowboy). You control the pace of your meal by using especially designed chips that stop or allow the service to continue. Before embarking on the high protein journey, you are invited to visit our spectacular Salad Bar that includes over 40 items, from seafood to pastas, such as Sushi, Oysters and Wild Mushroom Risotto.
