The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County (BGCGTC) is a youth development nonprofit organization serving over 36,000 kids and teens annually with a range of high-impact development programs and services. Our trained staff provide a fun, safe and inclusive environment at our various branches and onsite at schools across Tarrant County. Through afterschool, summer, prevention, intervention and outreach programs that meet the highest standards of quality, our members learn the academic, lifestyle, and citizenship skills that help them achieve success in school and in life.
As the leading out-of-school-time provider within this community, we are part of a national Movement of other Boys & Girls Clubs positioned to ensure success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors. At BGCGTC, our people are empowered to change lives every day. Join us and be part of a powerful and passionate team of staff and leadership who activate the resources and opportunities it takes for young people to have a bright future.
