The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is to inspire and empower all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
While all young people are welcome between the ages of 5 and 18, we place special emphasis on serving young people from disadvantaged circumstances. We are strategically located in areas with the greatest need. The majority of our members are children of color who come from single parent, low-income households in urban neighborhoods.
All programs and initiatives fall within at least one of six core service areas: Character & Leadership Development; Education & Career Development; Sports, Fitness & Recreation; The Arts; Health & Life Skills; and Outdoor & Environmental Education.
For more information about the Clubs, as well as locations, program, donor and volunteer information, please visit our website at www.boysgirlsclubs.org, find us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/bgcmilwaukee or follow us on Twitter at www.twitter.com/bgcmilwaukee.
