BON APPETIT !

In 2011, I had a dream. This dream was of a disconcerting precision: I developed 3 activities around my passion: the #cooking. The premises of this company were located in a lighthouse. This lighthouse was located on a tip or cliff in the United States. On the ground floor there was a bookshop containing cookbooks from all over the world; On the 1st floor, there was a kitchen and I animated classes of #TraditionalFrenchCooking; On the top floor was a French restaurant whose specialty was Breton crêpes. This dream contained all the details : the smells, the layout of the premises, the #recipes, the schedules. when I woke up, I told myself that life was made to realize his dreams. So I've been working on this crazy project! Since that day, I spend all my summers in the United States to find the place of "my dream": patiently and methodically, I began by identifying the state that most resembles the sensations and the moods of my dream. It's very big the United States: after having traveled and smelled (!!!) Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Hawaii, New York, Washington DC ; It was California that caught my attention. So I spent a summer in California to spot the city or place of my dream. This exciting stage was difficult as there were places gathering several criteria: the atmosphere, the conviviality, the #culinary and #wine culture, ... as in San Diego, Monterey or San Francisco. But the place for which I had a love at first sight is #SantaBarbara: Santa Barbara meets all the criteria of my dream.
