Our owner founded Realty Masters & Associates in 2013 with a single mission - to return the most commission possible to agents, of any Brokerage, and by doing so, empower them like never before. Six years later, RMA has grown from one small office to 10 offices and counting, and over 550 agents. In 2018, in just six years, RMA became the largest Independent Brokerage in the Inland Empire.
