Berlise

Jesmond's most trendy hang-out, the hugely popular Berlise. Half price Happy-Hour 5:30-7:30pm and 9:30-10pm. The bar has a wooden floor throughout and the place has been extended slightly and now has a larger bar. To the front there is a small area that has more comfortable seating. There are several widescreen TV's on show to the front, centre and rear of the bar with live football featured. Outside there is a large seating area with several tables and chairs, canopies and heated lamps. The bar is very popular at the weekend with the young crowd and students, when the outside area is usually packed. Disabled access is very good with the bar all on the one level.
