Its subsidiary, Beijing TV Media Co., Ltd (BTVM), founded in 2003, is a powerful and influential media group based on the advantageous resources of Beijing Television with programming, advertising and copyright content managing as its core business. After actualizing its transformation from a television service provider to a media group, it has now established its modern enterprise-managing system and built up its own wireless value-added business, online-TV, IPTV, mobile TV and other new media related services.
