Beijing Capital Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BCDC) was officially established on December 10th, 2005. Guided by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of People's Government of Beijing Municipality, the former Chengkai and Tianhong groups merged to form BCDH. As a large-scale municipal state-owned enterprise, BCDC specialises in residential property development, agent construction, developer-owned properties operation, and property management.
Over the past thirty years, BCDC has established itself as an industry leader. As one of the earliest real estate developers in China, BCDC is now one of the largest and best performing companies in terms of comprehensive strength. With total assets of over RMB 100 billion, its annual starting/restarting construction area exceeds 9 million square meters. In addition, the property management and developer-owned property operation areas have reached 22 million and 1 million square meters respectively.
