Barr Air Patrol, (www.BarrAirPatrol.com) in our 77th year, is the largest, nationwide provider of high quality, safe, aerial pipeline patrols and Right of Way Inspections. We have 30 aircraft operating from 16 bases nationwide flying onshore and offshore for many of the largest oil, gas and petrochemical companies. We also offer HD video of the Right of Way and can tie directly to IRTH/One-Call systems. We can carry up to 30M of liability insurance if required. 5M is standard on every patrol. Just like our customers, safety is our top priority. Our approach to safety is unmatched in the pipeline patrol field. If pipeline operators want to hold their air patrol contractor to the same standards as the contractors who touch their line, Barr is the solution the world’s largest oil companies work with exclusively.  Our pilots are all salaried with full health benefits and have same flight time qualifications as airline pilots. We don't hire time builders which reduces turnover. Having the same pilot greatly improves the quality and safety of the patrol. We have a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS), we have a dedicated, full time, Director of Operations, Safety Manager, Chief Pilot, Asst. Chief Pilot, Director of Maintenance and Dispatcher all with extensive industry experience. In addition to a young fleet, each aircraft is equipped with real time weather, traffic avoidance, satellite tracking, special collision lights and more. Our aircraft are inspected every 50 and 100 hours just like an airline.  Properly and safely patrolling the Right of Way takes a lot of training.
