About Barnet Homes Ltd
Barnet Homes was created by Barnet Council to manage and modernise its council homes and estates. It is a non-profit making company owned by Barnet Council.
We have responsibility for managing the 15,000 council homes in Barnet, including 3,900 leasehold properties.
Our work includes day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and supporting tenants. Barnet Homes successfully brought all council properties up to the government's Decent Homes standard by 2012 and have embarked on further improvements to homes in the borough.
Barnet Homes is managed by The Barnet Group.
