Creative cocktails, Street Food inspired by the night markets of South-East Asia and a cutting-edge soundtrack served in a vibrant, colourful atmosphere - this is Bar Soba. Bar Soba is the vision of Scottish entrepreneur Brad Stevens and was founded as a pop-up restaurant in 1997 as part of Edinburgh's Fringe Festival. Stevens opened his first permanent site in Glasgow City Centre in 1999 and the brand now operate 5 successful sites in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Leeds. Our expansion plans are relentless and we are on the look-out for new sites across the North of England and beyond. The expansion follows a £3m investment by the Business Growth Fund (BGF) and the company hopes to eventually operate at 30 different locations.
