BACO Realty Corporation is a privately held real estate management company founded in 1990 with its headquarters in San Francisco, California. Property types under management at BACO are self-storage, apartments and industrial properties located in multiple states throughout the country with a particularly strong presence in the Northern and Southern California regions as well as the Washington DC beltway. Currently, the portfolio of properties BACO manages includes approximately 2,400 apartment units, 3,800,000 sf of self-storage which is operated under the Security Public Storage brand, as well as 475,000 sf of industrial space. BACO’s founding principals became partners starting in 1967 and have built a portfolio of properties and a management platform that continue to flourish to the current day.
