Aviana Airways Corporation is a U.S. based airline holding company incorporated in the State of Delaware with headquarters and offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. Aviana Airways specializes in start-up airlines where business opportunities and financial parameters are promising, airline turnarounds where an airline is having difficulties staying afloat and profitable, and strategic management whereby an opportunity arises to provide executive leadership and direction (including operational day-to-day control) to small to medium size regional airlines to improve the bottom line and create steady growth for an airline (or combination of airlines) to become profitable. Our primary area of focus is in the South Pacific.

Aviana Airways expands through organic growth, and through acquisition of existing airline operations that meet it's core business.

Aviana Airways consist of the holding company, and two subsidiary companies and one affiliate:

- Aviana Aviation, LLC: the aircraft asset management, flight crew training and management, and engineering & maintenance, operational management core units.
- Inter Island Airways (Fiji) Limited: the Fiji-based, Fiji certified scheduled airline
- Inter Island Airways (Samoa) Incorporated; the American-Samoa based, US FAA certificated airilne
