Since 2006, Avenue Living has acquired more than $1.9 billion in assets under management across various asset classes, risk profiles, and primary / secondary Western Canadian markets. Our multi-family division, Avenue Living Communities, has approximately 10,000 units with more than 20,000 residents across 19 markets throughout the Prairies. Mini Mall Storage Properties Trust, an open-ended mutual fund trust focused on consolidating self storage assets, leveraging automation and technology and utilizes the developed Avenue Living Communities and Avenue Living Asset Management platforms.Above all, we are a value-oriented asset manager. Our selective investment approach aims to create long term value, preserve capital, and drive compelling returns for investors through a variety of investment offerings. To date, Avenue Living has raised more than $450 million in equity from private, strategic capital partners.
