Expert mold designers are experienced in building complicated multi-action, 3-plate, 2 shot, unscrewing and insert molds with over-molding capabilities and hot runner systems.
Autronic's secondary operation capabilities create a one stop shop solution, helping to reduce lead times and bring products to market faster. Capabilities include ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic cleaning, speedfamming, milling, lathing, heat staking, hot stamping, wire dressing, and automated & manual assembly.
API has been manufacturing plastic parts and building custom injection molding tooling since 1953 for the medical/dental, life safety, lighting, automotive, military, defense, displays, and consumer products industries.
