ASRC Industrial was founded in September 2016 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), created as a platform to grow ASRC’s Industrial Services offerings and ultimately deliver meaningful returns to ASRC’s shareholders.
