Aspiration Training is a specialist training provider with a principal focus in the care sector, both health and social and childcare. The company also delivers training in dental nursing, business administration and management.The business has been operating for about 20 years and supports customers both in its original market of South Wales, West Midlands and the South West.The business employs c.124 employees, currently supports c.1800 learners and, beyond its principal contracts with the Welsh Government and the Skills Funding Agency, the company also holds contracts with local colleges. The business also has a number of commercial contracts with local employers. Within Wales, Aspiration Training Ltd is part of a consortium called Vocational Skills Partnership (Wales) Ltd (VSP). VSP comprises of four long standing, outstanding quality providers - Educ8 Training Ltd, Network Training Services and TSW Ltd.
