ASE Recruitment Service is a member of the REC and a registered CIC. We are a non-profit Social Enterprise and re invests our profits into our Employability Training programme that helps other people back into Employment. Our Recruitment Service was set up in 2010 to provide all aspects of temporary staffing to Housing Associations and charities and other non-profit organisations across the UK. Our main aim is to provide all of our clients with a service that exceeds their needs and expectations by working in partnership with our clients to assess staffing needs and provide solutions. We know that every assignment is different – this is why we take the time to really get to know your organisation and build tailor based recruitment packages specific to your recruitment needs, whether your vacancy is an on-going temporary vacancy or an ad-hoc cover requirement. We focus on aftercare with our clients by reviewing recruitment needs on an individual basis and building long term relationships. We recruit locally for our clients; this allows us to build a reliable and responsive bank of workers in specific areas that we operate, we provide full induction training to our workers that is specific to the industry they are working in and seek to provide further training to support our workers in providing a high standard of service.
