Asahi Intecc Co. Ltd. is an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified medical device manufacturer. We are specialized in custom-made flexible ultra-fine wire ropes and torsional tubing with high torsional rigidity, such as the single layer ACT ONE Cable Tube and multi-layered Torque Coil. We also offer in-house coating, extrusion, PTFE liner, braid-reinforced tubing, laser-weld and crimp assembly services to our components. We are dedicated in R&D, production, and assembly of quality wire components, assemblies and sub-assemblies for Medical Device applications. Drawing from our vast experience in the medical device field (e.g. vascular, structural heart, endoscopy, minimally invasive and other devices), our in house wire drawing, wire-forming, coating, torque and assembly technologies provide a broad range of options for your device. Our specialties include capabilities with ultra-fine wire diameters as small as 0.0005" (0.013 mm).
