Arkansas State University System

The Arkansas State University System, based in Little Rock, is the second-largest higher education system in the state, serving over 23,000 students throughout Arkansas and Queretaro, Mexico, with a total operating budget of $281 million and nearly 2,300 employees. The ASU System includes Arkansas State University, a four-year research institution in Jonesboro with an additional campus in Queretaro, Mexico. Its two-year college institutions include ASU-Beebe, with additional campuses in Heber Springs and Searcy and an instructional site at Little Rock Air Force Base; ASU-Newport, with additional campuses in Jonesboro and Marked Tree; ASU-Mountain Home; ASU Mid-South in West Memphis; and ASU Three Rivers in Malvern with an instructional site in Sheridan.
