Arkansas Lighting

Arkansas Lighting manufactures and distributes decorative and energy efficient lighting for hospitality, multifamily, commercial and government customers. We were founded in 1972 as Arkansas Lamp Manufacturing. For most of our history, our business has been approximately 75% hospitality and 25% US Government. As we have grown over the past several years, we have developed relationships in the multifamily and commercial lighting segments and the breakdown is now approximately 80% hospitality, 10% commercial and 10% government. We are a family owned business. Bob Null, our CEO, purchased the company in 1997 and is joined by two sons, Jeff and Greg. Jeff was named President in 2009 and Greg was named Vice President of Sales in 2013. We recognize that the most important thing we sell is customer service. We are committed to having a real person answer each and every telephone call. We respond quickly and professionally to all requests for information and quotes. During the sales and manufacturing process, our customer service department will keep you informed of our status and expected delivery dates. And after the product ships, we are fully committed to your ongoing satisfaction with industry leading service and warranty support. We have a business-to-business sales model. With rare exceptions, we sell only through dealers and resellers. We seek long term relationships with buyers who have the ability to place frequent orders. We will not undercut these long term relationships for a quick one-off opportunity. We manufacture and distribute a wide variety of decorative lighting products, from portable table and floor lamps to direct wired ceiling and wall sconces to custom pendants and other lighting products. We have recently expanded our line to include recessed commercial LED down lights and troffers in addition to outdoor wall sconces.
