Appetize is the largest owner of Mongolian Grill restaurants in the state of Wisconsin - currently operating five HuHot Mongolian Grill restaurants (Appleton, Eau Claire, Green Bay, Kenosha, and Madison) in Wisconsin, in addition to two restaurants in Indiana (Bloomington and Lafayette). Appetize has won numerous awards, including multiple Best New Restaurant awards, the 2009 Rising Star Business of the Year Award from the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, the 2010 Small Business of the Year Award from the Appleton Post Crescent, the 2010 Franchise Owner of the Year Award from HuHot Mongolian Grill, the 2011 Wisconsin Finalist for the Restaurant Neighbor Award from the National Restaurant Association, and the 2011 Small Business of the Year Award from the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce.
