Anthony Louis Center and On-Belay of Minnesota, was founded in 1976. Our program was established to help adolescents struggling with substance abuse. Our program has expanded from its original first program to 5 locations in the Minneapolis and St. Paul Metro area. We are now celebrating our 40th year in operation and are proud to be a staple in the state of Minnesota's adolescent treatment community. We provide Residential and Intensive outpatient treatment for adolescents ages 13-18. Our programs vary by location, serving extended care residential, primary care residential, intensive outpatient treatment as well as aftercare services.
