Every year Animal Humane Society cares for more than 22,000 animals in need and helps thousands more through programs for people and pets.As the leading animal welfare organization in the Upper Midwest, Animal Humane Society is committed to serving local communities of people and animals and providing programs and services to compassionately serve all the stages of an animal’s life.AHS has four shelter locations in the Twin Cities area: Coon Rapids, Golden Valley, St. Paul, and Woodbury. We also provide vet services and training programs at a new location on University Avenue in St. Paul.
