WHO WE AREAniForte is a family run natural pet brand based in Germany. We believe nature has all the answers to our pets' health problems. Our range consists of supplements and foods that are 100% natural. We produce products for dogs, cats, and horses with ingredients that are free from additives, chemicals, and artificial flavourings.OUR STORYIn 2013, Stefan Görges, our founder, was sitting in his office, wondering what he could do to make his pets (1 dog, Sammy, and 3 cats) more healthy. He feared that through all the chemicals and additives in pet food the health of his pets was not as good as it could be. It is a bit like expecting to get all your nutrients and vitamins from a can of vegetable soup. Possible in theory, but unlikely in practice. This is when the idea for what is now AniForte was born. Stefan was onto something unique and soon after he started selling our first products and developing new ones their popularity grew and grew. We started in a small warehouse in the idyllic town of Schwalmtal, Germany, literally in a garage selling our products online. We have now upgraded to a warehouse still located in Schwalmtal, Germany and our product range has expanded significantly. Our staff has grown from Stefan himself responsible for everything (inventing products, mixing, packing and shipping them all) to around 50 people, however, our focus remains on quality products and sourcing the best ingredients. Since we started we have learned a lot about the industry. For example, have you ever noticed that most 'natural' pet foods have 'added vitamins and minerals'? Through our research, we have learned that there is no way to naturally add these. It is similar to the difference between eating an orange and taking a vitamin C tablet; the orange contains the vitamin C naturally just like our products.
