It has been held in Munich every two years since 1968. The fair is held in conjunction with the analytica conference, where the scientific community's international elite meets to discuss the latest topics that pertain to chemistry, biochemistry and laboratory medicine. This year, Messe München hosted the world’s leading trade fair for laboratory technology, analysis and biotechnology as a virtual event from October 19 to 23, 2020.
