INDEPENDENT, UNBIASED RESEARCH American Technology Research was an employee-owned firm that provides independent, timely and focused research on information technology and defense companies for institutional investors. The firm’s research analysts had strong technical backgrounds, as well as experience on both the buy- and sell-side. Their unbiased fundamental research was leveraged by a first class sales and trading capability staffed by veterans who know technology as well as execution. The firm was co-founded in 2002 by Richard Prati and Curt Snyder. We included a group of professionals who worked together for years at an established technology research boutique. We built on that experience to provide great service and insight to help our clients navigate the technology investment landscape.
