American Staffing is a local, private, and minority-owned company founded by Diane Fennel. We are not a franchise. We have a dedicated staff with 50+ combined years of experience in the staffing industry supported by an industry-specific software program with the ability to do our own payroll. Most importantly, due to its local, private ownership, American Staffing can make immediate decisions with respect to their associates and clients.
We have a unique, comprehensive Risk Management Program which assures the most qualified candidates are placed with our clients. American Staffing is a full-service placement, contract staffing company and provides a range of support services that include:

Associates are covered by worker’s compensation and liability insurance and all applicable employers’ employee and unemployment taxes by American Staffing. Each contract associate is interviewed, evaluated, and fully screened prior to placing on any assignment. Our associates are offered minimum essential medical coverage, referral bonuses, and holiday/vacation pay.

We offer ongoing professional support, superior customer service, and competitive rates, as we are not encumbered by corporate overhead.
