Amectran (American Ecological Transportation) Corporation

Amectran Corporation was found in 1973 by Mr. Edmond X. Ramirez, Sr. in Dallas, Texas. After created a world's first "REAL" electric car EXAR-1 in 1979, and try to find investment t build a factory to do mass production, the U.S. government and GM (General Motor) got teamed up and destroy EXAR-1 because EXAR-1 was perfectly build and got scared to oil and gasoline car industry. After unsuccessful to obtain investment, Amectran had a chance to talk to China government and agreed to invest $180 million dollars and arrange to build a factory in China. When the U.S. government found out about the deal, U.S. government confiscated the EXAR-1 and destroyed one and only prototype, framed Mr. Ramirez and send him in jail for 8 and half year with fine of $1.3 million dollars. Mr. Ramirez and Amectran was a victim just like the movie Tucker - The man and his dream or Who killed the electric car. After 43 years of beaten, framed, and destroyed, Amectran is continue to look for investment of $200 million to finish the EXAR-1 project with original and new team members. Mr. Ramirez still exist and strong even his 81 years of age. Amectran will change and build a new automobile industry once start a new factory and mass produce of electric car and reduce pollution and smoke problem from gasoline car.
