ALUCOR Ltd was formed primarily to pursue projects within the energy and industrial sector and more specifically construction of new Bauxite Refineries and Aluminum Smelters and major expansions to existing sites. ALUCOR Ltd offers varies services from design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, repair and though to maintenance programmes to suit the needs of their clients.Our Business:Mechanical and Electrical- In-house capability for the manufacturing, assembly and testing of mechanical and electrical equipment.Process Equipment-Skilled team experienced in the manufacture and assembly of process equipment skids.Piping and Pressure Vessels- ASME certified facilities for the manufacture and repair of pressure vessels and pressure piping.Tank and Silos- Workshop and field fabrication of small and large diameter steel tanks and silos.Structural Steel- Automated beam processing lines capable of processing 1000 tons per month in structural steelworksConstruction and Installation- Qualified personnel able to plan and execute the most complex mechanical construction projectsDemolition and De-commissioning- Experience personnel that have been involved in various global decommissioning projectsServices of clean up and repair-Experience personnel that have been involved in various global decommissioning projectsALUCOR Ltd has also recently agreed to establish and operate a new joint venture company in Bahrain with Ahmed Mansoor Al A'Ali (AMA). In addition, the JV company will leverage the strong reputation that ALUCOR Ltd has developed in the industry. The JV is located in an unique position in close proximity to Aluminum Bahrain (ALBA).
