Align Home Health utilizes a network of certified-only caregivers to be the face of our organization. They join our team after an extensive screening and background check process which affords Align the benefit of employing only the best. They are trained by our in-house medical professionals after becoming a member of the team, before being put into service with clients, and on a reoccurring yearly calendar. Align Caregivers are ALL bonded, insured, and direct employees of Align Home Health; no third party contractors are used. This level of quality and expertise is reflected in the service we offer our clients. How do you know whether you need an aide or a nursing assistant? No matter your situation, a simple call to Align can help you figure out exactly what you or your loved one needs. We will help to identify your individual needs and wishes. Following your discussion with a homecare expert, an Align Care Coordinator will be sent to your home or hospital bedside to meet with you or your family, at your convenience. The Care Coordinator will ensure we address all of your safety, medical and social needs. Together, you and the Align Care Coordinator will determine the number of service hours, days, and duties that best suit your unique needs.
