Alcumus SM&MS is a business led Safety, Health and Environmental Consultancy. Our aim is to provide high quality, cost effective solutions, which will enable our clients to achieve compliance within current legislation.

We have built our reputation on technical expertise, quality, customer service and value for money. The company has grown organically largely by word of mouth and referrals, since its inception. The last five years has seen a step-change in the growth and the development of various online compliance systems that have been developed specifically for investment property managers.

Our lead in this area was officially recognised when Alcumus SM&MS was shortlisted as a finalist in the Innovation in Technology and Systems category at the 2010 BIFM Awards (British Institute of Facilities Management) for our online compliance tools PropertyPlus and ContractorPlus. Many of our clients make use of these systems, which are considered innovative and industry leading in the Investor Property market.

We are a national company and to help us accomplish our goals, we have a growing team of consultants, some of which are based in our head office in Huddersfield, with the majority located throughout the country. This enables us to provide the type of coverage required by our clients.

The company is comprised of a senior management team, qualified consultants, trainers and the full range of client services and admin support.
