Al Enmaa Real Estate Company (K.S.C) has been established on 15/8/1993 by a capital of K.D 1 Million and its one of the first companies established by Kuwait Finance House and operates according to the provisions of the Islamic Shariaa. Considering the diversification of its activities and its characterized performance during the 4 years of its woks, the extraordinary General Assembly held on 4/6/1997 decided to increase the Company’s capital to become K.D 45 million.In addition, Al Enmaa Real Estate Company is considered of the characterized companies in the State of Kuwait due to the diversification of its activities and its integrity on both the quality and geographic levels which gives it a characterized and diversified capacity, in addition to the stability, growth and development.Within the field of the real estate, the Company manages, markets, leases and maintains all types of real estate whether the ones owned by it or by others through its administrative and technical qualified personnel, in addition to selling and purchasing real estate to its interests and to others, organizing real estate auctions, carrying out real estate brokerage works, evaluating real estate for others, establishing and providing consultancies and managing real estate portfolios to it and to others.In the field of the contracting projects, the Company implements and maintains the different construction projects such as housing cities, commercial, investment and residential towers whether to the account of the public sector or private sector and shall also implement and maintain specialized contracting such as electrical, mechanical, sanitary, air conditioning, electronic systems and fire systems. Moreover, the Company provides the entire types of integrated engineering services in addition to the installation and maintenance services of the central air conditioning in all its types for the Governmental projects and the private sectors and individuals projects.
