National Company for Sulphur Products “NCSP” was established in 2000 with the Sodium Hypochlorite (commercially known as bleach) manufacturing plant as its first industrial venture with a production capacity of 40,000 MT per year. Currently, NCSP is producing – in addition to the Sodium Hypochlorite (14%, 12% & 6%); battery grade Sulphuric Acid of 98.5% concentration with a production capacity of 170,000 MT per year, Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid (LABSA) 96% with a production capacity of 30,000 MT per year, Sodium Laurel Ether Sulphate (SLES) 70% with a production capacity of 20,000 MT per year with a conversional production process to Sodium Lauryl Sulphate “SLS” 29% with a production capacity of 60,000 MT per year and Ammonia Liquid 25% with a production capacity of 30,000 MT per year. As of today, NCSP is considered as the leading supplier of Battery Grade Sulphuric Acid and its related products in Saudi Arabia and in the Middle East region.
