About AKER Venture Fund
AKER Group owned venture fund that invests in early stage companies that operate in the Europe-India cross border corridor providing enterprise services. AVF invests capital in high-growth, early-stage companies, primarily within specific sectors of the Information Technology, media services and financial services, with the objective of realizing venture level returns. The AVF team is very operationally involved in the portfolio companies and provide a shared international business development and financial engineering platform to the start up companies. Current portfolio companies include MIDAS (MRO Consulting to Oil & Gas industry), iKapital (entertainment & media services) and TUPA (Social entrepreneurship).
