Ak Gıda

Turkey’s biggest dairy product company Ak Gıda, was established in August 1996. Since then, it has played a critical role in the development of packaged dairy industry in Turkey. Sakarya (Pamukova) facility was established in the size of 450 decare premises in 1998 and became the largest dairy product company in Turkey and the neighboring countries in a short time as well . Today, five Ak Gıda production facilities produce a wide range of products including cheese, yogurt, milk, ayran (local fermented milk), kefir, butter, cream, pudding, industrial milk products, ketchup and mayonnaise. Ak Gıda is the market leader in the Turkish packed dairy market by far, with milk processing capacity of 5000 tons per day. Since it was launched in 1998, Ak Gıda’s umbrella consumer brand “İçim” has been offering high quality products for the people who seek excellence in dairy.
