Information
Batco Manufacturing (Batco) is a manufacturer of an extensive line of portable belt conveyors used in storage and handling facilities for seed, grain, and fertilizer. Batco currently has over 115 team members and operates out of a 114,000 square foot production facility in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. The Batco product line benefits as a result of strong brand recognition, a focus on product innovation, and geographic diversification. Batco Belt Conveyors and equipment, often referred to as the "gentle giants", are built tough to perform, yet are designed and engineered to gently handle your delicate crops. Batco offers its customers gentle-handling, low-maintenance, long-wear, and high-capacity. Batco also produces custom conveyor solutions. REM has led the grain vacuum industry over the last 50 years and with the recent introduction of the VRX model REM is well positioned for continued leadership in this area. The REM GrainVac VRX is a brand new machine from top to bottom. The VRX has taken design, engineering and testing to a whole new level, setting all new standards in efficiency, speed and durability. The VRX is one tough piece of equipment. Batco was acquired by Ag Growth International (AGI) in a reverse takeover in 1997. In February 2014, AGI acquired the REM GrainVac. AGI is a leading manufacturer of portable and stationary grain handling, storage and conditioning equipment. In addition to Batco and REM, AAGI’s family of brands include Wheatheart, Westfield, Hi Roller, Twister, Union Iron, HSI, Tramco, Airlanco, STORM, Westeel, PTM, Frame, VIS, Entringer, Nuvision, Mitchell Mill Systems and Yargus. AGI has manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, Brazil and Italy and distributes its products globally. batcomfg.com | grainvac.com
