fya was developed in 2019 with an ambition: start a revolution in the way doctors acquire knowledge throughout their careers. Combining the best content with cutting-edge technology, our goal is to become an educational reference helping doctors to fully exercise the nobleness of their profession. Our foundations were constructed over more than 20 years of expertise working with medical courses.From the joint-venture of NRE Educacional faculty network, the group with the largest number of medical students in Brazil, and Medcel, an EdTech leader in prep and update courses for medical residency exams, we created Afya – a company already born with wide experience in its sector and with the aspiration to be the greatest partner of Brazilian medical students and doctors in achieving their dreams of promoting health care and well-being.Our mission is to act as reference in medical and health care education, enabling our students to make their dreams come true into extraordinary experiences of lifelong learning. Along our path, we have helped over 100,000 physicians during all stages of their academic and professional lives, contributing to improve health care delivery and, therefore, spreading life quality in our society.
