The Association of Financial Educators (AFE) is a non-profit organization that works directly with the federal government to provide free financial education to companies, schools, organizations and their employees, students, and members.
Our members are comprised of licensed professionals from the financial sector that share our passion for financial education. They donate their time and through a “no-selling” approach assist us in fulfilling our mutual mission:
To empower individuals and communities with the necessary knowledge they need to take full control of their own financial well-being.
We are strong believers that by providing financial education an economic awareness in individuals will arise, this way, they can avoid financial pitfalls by making sound financial decisions not only for themselves but for their families.
We are honored members of ‘The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) “You Money Goals” cohort and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) “Money Smart Alliance” since 2018. We’ve been National Partners with the CFPB’S Community Education Project too since 2018.
